You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You retain all rights in the content you create on the Service. We claim no ownership of your prompts or of content generated at your request, and we use your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the content you create and for your use of it, including compliance with applicable law.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or similar to other works, and its legal status may vary by jurisdiction. We make no representations regarding the originality, accuracy, or fitness of generated content.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, and we may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party services, including AI model providers, that are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their pricing.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Service is not a backup service; you are responsible for exporting and retaining copies of content you do not want to lose.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or its users.
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
