Revising, editing and exporting
Changing what you have, and getting it out.
Revising
While a chapter is a draft, Revise takes notes in plain language and rewrites it whole: “slow the pacing in the middle”, “more dialogue between Mara and Joren”, “cut the flashback”. Revise as many times as you like. Each one is cheap, because the novel's history is already cached — you pay for the instruction and the new chapter, not for the whole book again.
Editing by hand
Edit opens the raw text of any chapter, draft or accepted, and ⌘S saves. Editing an accepted chapter triggers one small model call to refresh its summary so later chapters stay consistent.
Accepting
Accepting locks a chapter in and writes its summary. It takes a few seconds because that summary is a real model call — the one that lets chapter 200 still remember this one. You are moved straight to the next chapter.
Reordering and deleting
Chapters can be deleted from the chapter list, and everything after shifts down to keep the numbering contiguous. Deletion is blocked while a generation is running for that novel, because renumbering underneath a live job would misfile the result.
Exporting
Novel settings exports a whole novel, chapters and all. Settings also has a full account export, and account deletion that actually deletes.
